Payment Timing

Rhevehr prefers payment in full before scheduled services. Payment arrangements will be clearly communicated through your estimate, invoice, or booking confirmation. Alternative payment arrangements may be approved at Rhevehr's discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To respect our scheduling commitments and reserved appointment times, Rhevehr requires at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 fee, provided the customer was informed of and agreed to this policy when booking.

If an appointment was prepaid, any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Rhevehr will not charge a cancellation fee when we initiate rescheduling due to unsafe weather, hazardous conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction

Professional window cleaning requires dedicated labor, time, specialized cleaning products, and resources. Accordingly, payments for completed services are nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law.

We take pride in our work and value customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact Rhevehr within 48 hours whenever possible so we can review the issue and determine whether corrective service is appropriate. This requested timeframe does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

If an appointment is canceled before services are performed, prepaid amounts will be refunded, less any applicable $50 cancellation fee agreed upon at booking.

If Rhevehr cancels an appointment and the customer declines rescheduling, payments for services not performed will be refunded in full.

All refunds are subject to applicable law.
